Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads for franchise expansion and product promotion
Clearly communicate the Phuchkaman brand value, offerings, and business model
Follow up on inquiries and maintain proper lead records
Convert leads into prospects by effectively explaining franchise opportunities
Coordinate with internal departments for lead nurturing and closures
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Handle basic customer service and query resolution via calls or WhatsApp
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
in
telesales, telecalling, or franchise calling
Excellent
verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English
Confidence, persuasion, and positive attitude towards sales targets
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a high call volume
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel is a plus
Strong understanding of franchise or food and beverage industry will be an added advantage
