We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Sales Telecaller
to contribute to our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting them into sales. A successful Sales Telecaller must be persuasive, well-spoken, and able to understand customer requirements to pitch the right product or service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce and explain the company's products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
Answer questions and address customer objections confidently.
Follow up with prospects via calls or emails.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the sales team on customer trends and needs.
Handle basic customer service tasks, if required.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in [English / Hindi / Bengali].
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
