. The role involves engaging with prospective students, providing information on study-abroad opportunities, and converting leads into office visits. The ideal candidate should possess strong
sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential students.

Key Responsibilities
Student Outreach:
Make outbound calls to students interested in studying abroad, explain available opportunities, and address queries.
Lead Conversion:
Persuade and encourage students to visit the office for further counseling.
Follow-ups:
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students to ensure engagement and appointment scheduling.
Sales Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving monthly conversion targets.
Database Management:
Maintain and update student records in CRM software.
Coordination:
Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure a smooth process for students.
Candidature Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales/telecalling, preferably in education, study abroad, or a related sector.
Excellent English communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Strong
persuasion and negotiation abilities
to convert leads into office visits.
Ability to handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Basic knowledge of study-abroad destinations
(USA, UK, Canada, Germany, etc.) is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
