Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and persuasive
Sales Telecaller
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and
converting at least 12 clients per month
into active customers. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to explain our nutrition services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Explain company offerings such as
sports nutrition, clinical nutrition, weight management, family nutrition, and pre & post-natal nutrition plans
.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Achieve the
monthly sales target of 12 client conversions
.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales/telecalling or customer service (preferably in health, wellness, or nutrition industry).
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Malayalam
(must).
Strong persuasive skills and ability to close deals over the phone.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under targets.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools.
