We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Telecaller for Ghaziabad, hiring passionate sales professionals to drive growth in the IT industry.

:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries. Explain products or services to customers and generate interest. Follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers. Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve sales or engagement goals. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Work closely with the sales or support team to improve customer experience. Ensure compliance with telecalling scripts and company policies. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements & Skills:

1 year experience required as telecaller. Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative in IT industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle work under pressure. Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM tools. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team regarding client responses and market trends.
