Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Assist customers with queries related to gold loans, payments, and services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with the branch and operations team for issue resolution.
Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, or pending documents.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quick and courteous service.
Prepare and share daily call and follow-up reports with the team leader.

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
0-3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or service desk roles
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
Working Days & Timing:
6 Days a Week (Sunday Holiday)
Office Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
