We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales through effective phone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
Present and explain products/services to potential clients over the phone
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent contact with prospects
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and call quotas
Update customer database with call outcomes and customer details
Schedule appointments for field sales representatives when required
Handle objections professionally and work to overcome customer resistance
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Good listening skills and patience to handle customer queries
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Professional phone etiquette and pleasant speaking voice
Resilience to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of telecalling or sales experience
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer psychology
Experience with lead generation and conversion
Familiarity with specific industry products/services
