We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Tele-Caller to support our steel sales team by reaching out to potential and existing customers, generating leads, and coordinating with the field sales team. The role involves handling inquiries related to steel products, following up on quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers such as contractors, fabricators, dealers, and construction companies
Introduce company steel products (TMT bars, structural steel, sheets, coils, etc.) and explain product benefits
Generate and qualify sales leads for the field sales team
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
Maintain and update customer database and call records
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding order status
Handle basic customer queries related to pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (local language is an advantage)
Confident and polite phone manner
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/software entry
Persuasive and result-oriented attitude
Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum
Graduate
in any stream
3-5 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or inside sales
