Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Sales Representative based in Jaipur. The Telecaller Sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, providing information about our services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. The candidate will also handle customer inquiries, maintain customer databases, and prepare sales reports.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and sales skills Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred Proficiency in maintaining customer databases and preparing sales reports Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or related field is a plus

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹40,022.68 per month
