Job Summary
We are looking for
experienced International Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives
who have a proven background in
selling services over the phone
. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services clearly, and closing sales or setting qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
Explain company services clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
Maintain call records and update CRM or tracking sheets
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Handle customer objections professionally
Coordinate with the sales/operations team for service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year experience in telecalling or inside sales (services only)
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(regional language is a plus)
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals
Experience in selling
services
(digital marketing, IT, real estate, insurance, education, or similar)
Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)

Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
Prior experience in B2C or B2B service sales is an advantage
