Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Promote and explain domestic and international travel packages.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable tour options.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through follow-ups and client engagement.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth trip planning.
Meet monthly sales targets and generate revenue through telephonic sales.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English a must; regional languages are a plus).
Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in travel/tourism) is an advantage.
Good knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and current travel trends.
Confident, result-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
