Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and persuasive
Sales Executive - (Telecalling)
to generate leads, engage prospective clients, and support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecalling, B2B lead generation, and client coordination, preferably from the real estate industry. This role is primarily focused on
pre-sales, lead nurturing, and consistent follow-ups
.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential builders, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
Handle
pre-sales activities
, including inquiry handling, product explanation, and basic pitch sharing.
Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain and update CRM/Excel sheets for lead status, follow-up notes, and next actions.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for client requirements and documentation.
Share product information, company profile, and benefits to prospects over calls and WhatsApp.
Assist in initial negotiation conversations where required.
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships through professional communication.
Support the sales team in meeting monthly targets by ensuring a healthy pipeline.
Key Skills & Requirements
Female candidates strongly preferred.
1-4 years of experience in
telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, or lead generation
.
Experience in
real estate, interiors, construction, or B2B sectors
is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, clear, confident, and polite.
Strong follow-up ability and client relationship building.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp communication
, and basic documentation.
Target-oriented mindset with excellent organization skills.
Ability to understand client needs and share the right information confidently.
