We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers through telecalling, promoting products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The candidate will also support field sales activities and assist in achieving overall sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide product information, and resolve customer questions.
Generate leads and follow up regularly to close sales.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM or Excel sheets).
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for on-ground sales or client visits as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Collect feedback from customers to improve sales and service quality.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or field sales preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills (in English, Hindi, or regional language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office etc.).
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
