Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases or sourced lists.
Use a structured script to introduce the company's offerings and qualify interest.
Build rapport with prospects, handle basic objections, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of call outcomes, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and appointment goals.
Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily.
Ability to follow scripts while also thinking on your feet.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
