Job Title: Sales Executive.

Job Location: Kalyan Nagar, HRBR Layout, Bangalore

Research the market for opportunities and related products in both B2C and B2B segments.

Gather market and customer information, along with the competitor analysis data.

Present the research and market data to management and help with the product and sales strategy.

Cold call to check for opportunities and arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businesses.

Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to internal stakeholders and help to make a sale.

Build and maintain good working relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.

Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

Feed future buying trends back to employers and help scale the business.

Skills & Experience Requirements

Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.

Microsoft Office skills, along with CRM tools preferable.

A desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognition.

Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal company Directors/colleagues and key clients.

Ability to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgement.

Ability to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets.

A team player - demonstrates success in team situations.

Logical and well-organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Displays a pro-active approach and is a 'solution finder'.

Self-motivated and able to work under their own initiatives.

Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree / MBA preferred.

Experienced & Fresher candidates are welcome.

Remuneration:

CTC : 03 - 05LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
