Sales Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for freshers who are confident and enthusiastic to join our sales team as telecallers. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, explaining our construction services and clothing franchise opportunities to customers, and generating leads for business growth.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products and services Handle inbound calls and provide information to customers regarding construction projects and franchise opportunities Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up regularly Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the company Provide feedback from customers to the marketing and sales teams

Requirements

Qualification: minimum B.tech. Architect with Autocad 3d and 3d max in any field Freshers are welcome, Experienced are Preffered Good communication skills in Hindi and English Basic knowledge of computers and phone handling Confidence, polite speaking, and convincing ability Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer relations
