Job Summary

The Sales Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data Explain products/services and handle customer queries Generate leads and convert them into sales Follow up with interested customers to close deals Maintain call records and update customer information Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle customer objections professionally Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and reporting
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication and convincing skills Ability to speak clearly and confidently on calls Basic computer knowledge Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude
Experience

1-3 years of experience in telecalling / sales
Work Environment

Office-based / Full-time Day shift (or rotational shifts, if applicable)
Compensation

Fixed salary + incentives (based on performance)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
