Job Description

Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers using provided leads or generated lists (cold calling may be involved).

Product Promotion:

Clearly and persuasively explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's products or services to prospects.

Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify customer needs by asking probing questions, qualify leads, and ultimately close sales deals over the phone to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship:

Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Data Management:

Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system promptly.

Query Resolution:

Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries, doubts, or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

Follow-up:

Schedule and execute timely follow-up calls to nurture warm leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of all product/service offerings, pricing, and industry trends.

Reporting:

Submit regular reports on daily call volume, sales performance, and lead conversion rates to the sales manager.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
