Sales & Telecaller Executives

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company's Digital Marketing & IT services. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a pipeline of prospects. Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities. Build strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures. Maintain call logs, client records, and reporting in CRM tools. Collaborate with the marketing & business development team for campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred). Confident and persuasive telephone manner. Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & IT services (training will be provided). Strong sales attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM software (preferred).

Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service. Fresher with strong communication and willingness to learn may also apply.
