Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Clearly explain services including:
Website Development
(business websites, e-commerce, landing pages)
Digital Marketing
(SEO, SMM, Google Ads, lead generation)
ERP Solutions
(inventory, finance, HR, operations automation)
CRM Solutions
(lead management, customer tracking, follow-up automation)
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable services.
Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.
Maintain call records and follow-up logs.
Required Skills:
Strong communication & phone etiquette
Ability to explain services in simple language
Basic knowledge of websites & digital marketing
Good follow-up skills
Data handling & documentation ability
Qualification:
Graduate (Any stream)
1-2 years experience
