Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads.
Explain products and services related to elevators to clients effectively.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain records of calls, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth client servicing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling (elevator industry experience will be an added advantage).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Proficiency in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional language will be a plus).
Confident, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
