. The role involves explaining products, guiding customers, booking orders, and providing basic consultation support in a respectful and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle
incoming customer calls
and WhatsApp inquiries
? Make
outbound calls
to interested leads
? Explain
Ayurvedic products, benefits, dosage & usage
? Assist customers in
placing orders
? Maintain a
polite, supportive, and confidential
conversation
? Follow up with customers for
order confirmation & delivery
? Maintain daily call & order records
Eligibility & Requirements
? Minimum
12th pass
?
Good communication skills
in
Hindi
(English is a plus)
? Comfortable talking about
health topics
? Ability to convince customers politely (no aggressive selling)
? Fresher or experienced both can apply
