Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with interested clients.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving sales scripts and call processes.
