In this role, you'll be the voice of the brand -- speaking directly with potential customers who have shown interest in our products (via signups, sample requests, website inquiries, etc.). Your goal is to educate, build trust, and help convert them into loyal customers through friendly, consultative sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Call warm leads from our database to introduce products and guide them in choosing the right skincare solutions.
Explain product benefits, usage, and offers to customers in a clear and convincing manner.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers and nurture leads until conversion.
Handle queries, concerns, or objections and provide accurate product information.
Update CRM systems with call outcomes and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to relay insights and improve customer journeys.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
