Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Call potential or existing customers to explain products or services Follow up on leads and keep a record of customer responses Answer customer questions and handle objections Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting/demo Maintain a database of daily calls, feedback, and follow-ups Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into sales Provide accurate information and build trust with customers

Requirements:



12th pass or Graduate (any stream) Good communication skills in [language/s spoken by target customers] Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus
