The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students/customers, explaining our AI and Digital Marketing courses, and converting leads into admissions. You will play a key role in growing AIVIO's student community and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential leads from the provided database on a daily basis.
Explain AIVIO Academy's courses and services clearly and persuasively.
Answer queries and handle objections in a professional manner.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain records of calls and update CRM / Excel sheets regularly.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team for lead generation strategies.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and Excel.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
