Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, answering queries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales.
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/software.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and market trends to the sales team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages as per requirement - e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or sales software).
