to join our Solar Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and providing basic administrative support to the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales orientation, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain a high conversion ratio through consistent follow-ups.
Update and maintain customer information and call records in CRM software.
Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and tracking.
Administrative Assistance:
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and customer databases.
Assist in handling customer queries, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
Support day-to-day office operations, filing, and correspondence.
Help with scheduling meetings, drafting letters/emails, and maintaining records.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in sales or telecalling (experience in
solar / renewable energy
preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Malayalam, and Hindi preferred).
Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Positive attitude with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
