: Making outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers to generate sales

: Explaining company products and services, and identifying customer needs

: Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients

Managing customer issues

: Resolving customer concerns or issues, and handling inbound inquiries

Maintaining records

: Keeping daily call records and maintaining accurate records of interactions

Reporting

: Submitting daily progress reports and analyzing and observing conversations to report to the team lead

Interacting

: Interacting with customers via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls

Adapting

: Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand

Staying updated

: Staying updated with market trends

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Experience:
