Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
with charm, clarity, and confidence.
Engage in
lead generation
through strategic cold and warm calling.
Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and turn interest into orders.
Communicate the benefits of our organic products to
B2B clients
with authenticity.
Prepare and share product quotations tailored to customer needs.
Ensure every call aligns with our tone--professional, warm, and solution-driven. Coordinate with internal teams to close deals and build long-term customer loyalty.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and Excel.
Stay motivated to hit your
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

What You Bring:
1-3 years
of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Prior experience in the
FMCG sector
is a big plus.
Excellent communication in
English, Hindi, and any regional language
is welcomed.
A positive attitude and ability to stay energized--even in the face of rejection.
Proficiency in
Excel

, and basic data entry/reporting.
