Tele Sales Executive to join our team
in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients to promote institute courses and services.
Explain course details, career opportunities, and resolve queries effectively.
Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and convert prospects into admissions.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM/excel sheets.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing team for lead management.
Build positive brand image and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Education background in Marketing/Business preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/tele calling/counselling
Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English.
Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic computer skills.
