About the Role:



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This mid-to-senior-level role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and consulting on new technology stacks, identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems, and ensuring successful client launches.





Key Responsibilities:



Solution Design: Understand business needs and design robust solutions to meet them, focusing on integration, security, and general technology. Client Launches: Play a key role in client launches, interfacing with client-side technical resources on integrations, access, and customizations to ensure program success. Technology Testing: Thoroughly test new technology before deployment to sales teams to ensure optimal performance. Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and advice to the sales team, helping them adopt and use new tools effectively. Sales Process Expertise: Utilize a broad background of different sales tools and services, with a strong understanding of typical sales processes and terminology. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve already deployed systems and enhance overall sales efficiency. Other responsibilities: Perform additional duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by the Director to support departmental goals and organizational needs.

Qualifications:



Technical Experience: Technical experience in security, integration, and general technology. Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with various sales tools such as Voice Intelligence, CRM, Sales Engagement, Lead/Contact Generation, and Social Selling. Preferred experience with Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, Clay and LISN. Sales Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of typical sales processes, terminology, and best practices. Adaptability: Ability to learn new applications and tools quickly, applying concepts learned from previous applications. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with clients and internal teams. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. (not required) Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations and client interactions. Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales tools or technology (e.g., Salesforce Certified, Gong Certified)
