Job Title: Sales Team Member (Event Sponsorships, PR & Digital Marketing Sales and Business Development) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Member to join our team. This role will primarily focus on procuring event sponsorships, PR, Digital Marketing while also engaging in regular business development activities to drive revenue growth and expansion opportunities for the company. Responsibilities: Event Sponsorship Procurement: \xc2\xb7 Identify and research potential sponsors for company events, conferences, and promotional activities. \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute strategies to approach and secure sponsorship agreements with target organizations. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate sponsorship packages and terms to maximize revenue and value for both parties. \xc2\xb7 Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and explore opportunities for upselling or renewal. Business Development: \xc2\xb7 Identify new business opportunities and markets for the company\'s products or services. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for potential clients. \xc2\xb7 Present company offerings to prospective clients compellingly and persuasively. \xc2\xb7 Relationship Management: \xc2\xb7 Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships. \xc2\xb7 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with insights, recommendations, and solutions to meet their business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding proposals, contracts, and ongoing projects. Sales Performance and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to event sponsorships and business development activities. \xc2\xb7 Track and analyze sales data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. \xc2\xb7 Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorships and or in the events /PR industry. \xc2\xb7 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and conferences.
