Sales & Team Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of sales representatives.

Roles:

Lead, coach, and motivate sales reps to achieve targets. Conduct regular coaching, joint field visits, and team meetings. Foster a positive, competitive team culture. Monitor sales performance and support complex deal closures.

Must:

2+ yrs field sales experience CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits Strong communication, leadership & negotiation skills Graduate (any stream) Local candidates preferred Team handling ability
