We are hiring For Sales Manager (Team Handling Experience ) Must .
1. Assist in client communication, proposals, and order follow-ups
Communicating with clients via phone, email, or in person to respond to inquiries Assisting in the preparation of primary & secondary billing data Following up on submitted offers and orders to ensure timely processing and client satisfaction.
2. Maintain CRM and sales reports
Regularly updating customer and lead information in the CRM system Tracking sales activities, opportunities, and conversion status Generating accurate sales reports and performance dashboards for management .
3. Coordinate with internal teams
Communicate with the production team regarding product availability and timelines Coordinate with the accounts department for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit notes
4. Support trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events
Helping with event registration, booth setup, and coordination Preparing promotional materials, samples, and product brochures.
Assisting the sales team with logistics, scheduling, and client engagement during events
5. Manage Director's calendar, travel, and meetings
Scheduling and organizing meetings, calls, and appointments Coordinating national or international travel including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations Sending reminders and ensuring the Director is well-prepared for each engagement.
6. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Creating professional PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches or meetings Drafting business correspondence, letters, and internal memos Compiling monthly reports, sales summaries, or client feedback document
7. Bridge between Management & Stakeholders
Facilitate communication between senior leadership and internal departments Represent management in follow-up discussions with clients or suppliers Help ensure that strategic decisions are communicated and executed effectively
8. Handle confidential communication and documentation
Protecting sensitive company information such as pricing, contracts, or financials Ensuring private communications and documentation are shared only with authorized individuals Following company policies regarding data security and professional conduct
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar combined role or relevant administrative/sales support function.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
