Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of inside sales executives/BDAs
Assign daily targets and track individual and team performance
Conduct regular training, coaching, and feedback sessions
Monitor call quality, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Ensure CRM usage and accurate data reporting
Support team members in closing complex leads when required
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead quality improvement
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and timelines
