Conduct daily individual meetings with admission counselors
Monitor and track the performance of admission counselors
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to improve sales skills
Take necessary actions to increase conversion rates
Coordinate arrangements to generate high-quality leads for counselors
Collect performance reports from counselors to assess their progress
Provide training on CRM systems to optimize efficiency
Meet specified targets set by management, which may vary over time
Ensure that no team member falls below the monthly sales threshold of 50k
Manage various activities aimed at fostering regional growth, such as social media engagement and marketing initiatives
Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by team members
Offer guidance, support, and motivation to team members to enhance performance Assist any team leader in team building, hiring, and training processes.
