The Team Manager - Sales will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of Business Development Associates to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and sales expertise within the academic/education domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
Drive student enrollments and revenue growth for the assigned region (Bangalore).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
Ensure proper counseling and guidance is provided to students/parents by the team.
Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and share insights with management.
Handle escalations and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing sales talent.

Experience in academic sales/EdTech/education industry is highly preferred.
Strong network and understanding of the Bangalore market will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
