We are hiring a

Team Leader for Commercial 4-Wheeler Sales

to manage and drive a sales team focused on commercial vehicle sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and proven experience in commercial automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a

team of 4 sales executives

Drive sales of commercial 4-wheeler vehicles Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Train, guide, and motivate team members Develop local market strategies and generate new leads Maintain relationships with fleet owners and commercial customers Report daily and monthly sales performance to management

Requirements:

Experience in

commercial vehicle sales (4-wheeler)

Must have experience handling a sales team

Background in

Maruti Suzuki Commercial

will be an added advantage Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Salary:

?20,000 per month (Team Leader) + incentives + PF + ESI
