1-3 years (Minimum 1 year as TL in Outbound/International Process preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 12-15 agents in the UK outbound sales process.
Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead targets.
Ensure agents are
closing sales effectively
and following proper pitch flow.
Guide agents on
how to collect and verify customer payment details securely
(as per company policy & compliance).
Monitor calls to ensure quality, compliance, and accurate payment information handling.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to improve conversion rates.
Maintain floor discipline, attendance, shrinkage control, and real-time monitoring.
Prepare performance, conversion, and attendance reports.
Conduct regular training sessions for sales techniques, objection handling, and secure payment handling.
Handle escalations and support agents with high-value closures.
Motivate the team and maintain a high-energy sales environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in UK Outbound or International Sales calling process.
Strong ability to
close deals
and train agents on closing techniques.
Knowledge of
payment collection processes
, verifying details, and maintaining customer trust.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Target-driven with strong sales orientation.
Proficient in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
