Job Summary:



A Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for playing a vital role in overseeing and driving the sales activities of our company. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated sales professionals, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of our company's sales objectives. Building lasting relationships with clients and staying up to date with real estate market trends are also critical components of this role.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage, guide, support, and train a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.



Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's sales goals, with an emphasis on growth and profitability.



Build strong relationships with clients and potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.



Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapt to changing market strategies.



Oversee the preparation of sales reports and analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement, optimizing the sales process.



Attend networking events, conferences, and industry-related gatherings to stay informed about the latest trends and technologies, keeping the company ahead of the curve.



Manage budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently and maximize profitability without compromising quality.



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree/master's degree in business administration or in management.



At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry.



Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



Maintain records of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.



Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.



In-depth knowledge of real estate/finance/insurance industry.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office.



The capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
