Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Identify potential clients, investors, and channel partners to expand the customer base. Drive on-ground and digital sales activities for ongoing and upcoming projects. Monitor team performance, set targets, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a results-oriented, customer-first culture within the sales team.
2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners. Oversee client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations to close high-value deals. Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to post-sale handover.
3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and trends. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team to refine campaigns and offers.
4. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, CRM, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with campaigns. Support the planning and execution of property expos, investor meets, and promotional events. Ensure all sales documentation, agreements, and compliance processes are completed accurately.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
