Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve business goals.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure consistent productivity.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share performance insights with management.
Coordinate with other departments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to ensure high team morale and retention.
