Job Description

Team Management & Motivation: Guide, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to meet and exceed their individual and collective sales targets. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics that expand the company's customer base and revenue. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Coaching & Training: Provide direct coaching, training, and feedback to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure aligned goals and effective communication. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on team performance, progress, and sales metrics to senior management.
