Business Development Team Leader
to manage a small team, drive client growth, and achieve sales targets.
The
Business Development Team Leader
will oversee a small team of executives, guide lead generation efforts, manage client relationships, and ensure revenue growth. The role requires hands-on sales skills, people management capability, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and guide a team of Business Development Executives.
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and partnerships.
Convert leads into clients by explaining compliance and licensing services.
Set daily/weekly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement.
Support the team in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Track team performance and prepare sales progress reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Ensure excellent client servicing and follow-ups for repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2-3 years of proven experience
in Business Development / Sales..
Experience in
compliance, consulting, or service-based sales
is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with ability to handle targets and deadlines.
