Develop sales strategies to promote services like digital marketing, SEO, website development, CRM, and software solutions.
Train new sales team members and provide continuous coaching for performance improvement.
Monitor team performance through CRM tools and generate reports for management.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales campaigns.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in IT or digital marketing services.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
