Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team
Assign daily calling targets and monitor team performance
Handle high-quality leads and key clients
Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads into site visits
Train telesales executives on property knowledge and sales scripts
Maintain sales reports and daily MIS
Coordinate with site sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years experience in real estate telesales/sales (TL experience preferred)
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM, lead management, and reporting
Additional Preference:
Own two-wheeler/vehicle will be an added advantage
