Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Monitor daily showroom/field activities and ensure high levels of customer engagement.
Guide team members on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer handling.
Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and test drives to maximize conversions.
Track and analyze team performance, preparing reports for management.
Maintain strong customer relations to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and after-sales departments for smooth delivery.
Provide regular training, coaching, and feedback to enhance team performance.
Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and ethical practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/team handling role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Good knowledge of automobile products, features, financing, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
