Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents
Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results
Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations
Network and build relationships with clients, industry professionals, and partners
Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities
Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Manage team schedules and ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
Proven experience as a successful real estate agent
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and procedures
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
