Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Experience: 3-6 years in Automobile sales industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team. The role involves achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Train and support team members in improving their sales performance.

Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Coordinate with management for planning sales strategies and campaigns.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and leadership skills

Target-driven and result-oriented

Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools

Ability to guide and motivate a team

Basic reporting and analytical skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in sales and team handling

Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
